Cancellation Policy
Keeping in view of advance payments towards printing, shipping, E-Virtual Conference Kit, Graphics, Online technical assistance, meeting app charges, certificates by post, company finances, program manager salaries and other unavoidable costs for hosting the International Virtual conference, Delight Scientific Conferences had to keep Refund Policy is as following.
Refund policy
Refund requests must be made in writing or via email to the conference manager.
Delight Scientific Conferences are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty at any time Prior 30 days to the conference. No further changes will be allowed after that.
Cancellations
If the registrant is unable to attend the conference any sorts of the reason, then registrant may transfer his/her registration fee only to another individual by notifying the respective conference manager, or registrant can attend our next upcoming conference by sending the request to Program Manager.
Postponement: Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed. If conference postpones an event for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another event which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.
Transfer of registration
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to finance@delightscientific.com. Details must be included the full name of replacement person, their title and email address.
