Keeping in view of advance payments towards printing, shipping, E-Virtual Conference Kit, Graphics, Online technical assistance, meeting app charges, certificates, company finances and other unavoidable costs for hosting the Virtual conference, Delight Scientific Conferences had to keep Refund Policy is as following.
Refund requests must be made in writing or via email to the conference manager.
Delight Scientific Conferences are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty at any time Prior 30 days to the conference. No further changes will be allowed after that.
If the registrant is unable to attend the conference any sorts of the reason, then registrant may transfer his/her registration fee only to another individual by notifying the respective conference manager, or registrant can attend our next upcoming conference by sending the request to Program Manager.
Due to reduced registration fee for virtual conference, only 50% of refund will be granted before 60 days to the conference.
No refunds will be granted between the duration of 60 days to the conference.
Conference organizers cannot accept refund requests from the conference delegates/attendees that result from natural disasters/calamities.
Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed. If conference postpones an event for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another event which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to contact@delightscientific.com. Details must be included the full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address.
The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.
